Activsts Take Credit for Oregon Mink Farm Arson
Received anonymously by above-ground activists in the U.S.: A communique taking credit for an arson at the Ylipelto Fur Farm in Astoria, Oregon (read the full story of this action in this morning’s post here.)
The full communique is as follows:
“We delivered eight incendiary devices to the lovely folks at Ylipelto’s Fur Farm, at 92659 Simonsen Loop Road in Astoria on the morning of July 27th. It is nice to see that the enslavement, torture, and death of thousands of innocent creatures affords certain people luxuries like boats, nice cars, and various (expensive, no doubt) “farm machinery, and we were more than happy to alleviate them of these. A careful attack sent structures up in flame both in the front and rear of the property, simultaneously. We hope that this can leave an impression on our friends, Veikko & Eeva, that making such a living off of the subjugation of sentient creatures (for something as selfish and disgusting as the fashion industry, no less) will not be tolerated. We hope that others ike them will also consider where their priorities lie (the nearby Wilkinson & Stunkard farms, to name a couple), and decide whether or not they’d like to be next. –Don’t think that you’ve be given a choice; your actions serve as your voice. “
Cowardly acts of destruction. I’m not impressed. If you’re so proud of your actions, put your name, address and phone number up here for all the world to see. Own your actions. If you don’t , you are just a vandal and a cowardly loser. What, you expected congratulations!?
Well Pam, if they left they’re contact information they would be tracked down and sent to prison. If they were incarcerated then they wouldn’t be able to destruct any more tangible objects that are directly bought for, for or used the funds from, selfish and torturous murder now would they Pam?
This isn’t a boast. This isn’t any expectation for a pat on the back or a “congrats”. An act like this is selfless and seeds from pure passion and love. No “cool points” are gained when the only people who are aware of their actions are the ones that were standing beside them. I’m sure the activist don’t view this as even a accomplishment for themselves. It’s a victory for the oppressed. It’s a victory for the animals.
Pam, what’s your full name, address, and phone number? Why don’t you give us a picture, too. You know, since you’re so proud of your comment on here. Or are you too cowardly?
pam, that’s a ridiculous thing to say. if youre so proud, why not take off your mask and wave at the camera whilst doing these actions? why do you think? the point is to not be identified as the actions, believe it or not, are illegal.

Well, Voice of Cape Falcon, thanks for letting us know you not only are careless with the lives of other animals, but your are with those of humans as well! All the more reason for activists to oppose you and your “living” you choose to make at the expense of others.
I didn’t commit any crimes…these people did. Bunch of criminals..what you gonna do for money if you need some to carry out your stupid bullshit? Rob a liquor store? A bank? You’re a bunch of losers that feel you’re better than the rest of society. You’re wrong. You are misfits that can’t do what is needed within the boundaries of the law. Cowards hide … knowing it’s illegal to commit these crimes and hiding just makes you vandals. I hope anyone caught breaking any law is caught and prosecuted. Noone is above the law…noone! You can’t pick and choose which laws you’ll abide by and which ones you’ll ignore….that will result in anarchy…but I guess that’s what you want.
